Our team is currently partnering with an amazing leading law firm seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to join their team in Redwood City, CA.
This is a contract opportunity that will last approximately 3 months.
On site requirements will be: 3x per week
Responsibilities:
- Maintain candidate training database
- Correspond with candidates and recruiters
- Data entry
- Generate reports
- Assist in planning and organizing summer associate program events
- Prepare documents and outreach for law schools and career services organizations
- Prepared materials for OCI
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Update departmental calendars
- Manage team’s inbox
- Reserve conference rooms, catering, calendar invites
- Host candidates during interviews
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior HR/ Professional Development, Recruiting, Event planning or administrative experience
- Ability to work across multiple offices
- Ability to do overtime when needed
